Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns for RESET 01 — Scalp Exfoliating Serum.

This does not affect any cancellation, refund or other rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 30 days of delivery.

Include the following information:

Your order number.

A description of the issue.

Clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging.

Your delivery address if a replacement is required.

We will review your request and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy.

The 30-day reporting request does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

How to Request a Return

Email olsira.store@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Please do not return any products without contacting us first. If a return is required, we will provide the appropriate return address and shipping instructions.

Customers will not be required to pay return shipping for products confirmed to be damaged, defective or incorrect.

Missing or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived, please contact us with your order number.

We will investigate the issue with our fulfilment partner and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Once a refund has been processed, the time taken for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to this Return and Refund Policy.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal orders but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.
