Subscription Cancellation Policy

OLSIRA offers optional recurring deliveries of RESET 01 — Scalp Exfoliating Serum, 30 ml.

Subscription Options

Every 8 weeks: One bottle for $35.99 USD per recurring order, including free standard US shipping.

Every 4 weeks: One bottle for $33.99 USD per recurring order, including free standard US shipping.

Applicable taxes, if any, are displayed at checkout.

Automatic Renewal

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise OLSIRA to charge your selected payment method automatically at your chosen interval until you cancel.

There is no minimum number of deliveries or minimum subscription commitment.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time without a cancellation fee.

To cancel, sign in to your OLSIRA customer account, open the Subscriptions section, select your active subscription and follow the cancellation instructions.

Alternatively, email olsira.store@gmail.com to request cancellation.

Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Managing Your Subscription

You can access subscription management through your customer account or the

Manage your subscription link provided after a subscription purchase.

Available management options may include pausing your subscription, skipping a delivery and updating your payment or delivery details.

Upcoming Payments

Your next payment date and recurring price are associated with your selected subscription schedule.

Please make any changes before your next scheduled payment. If you need assistance with an upcoming renewal, contact us as soon as possible.

Orders Already Processed

If a renewal payment has already been collected, contact olsira.store@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Whether the order can be cancelled depends on its fulfilment status and your applicable consumer rights.

Changes to Subscription Terms

If we change subscription pricing or other material terms, we will provide any notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law.
