Thank you for shopping with OLSIRA. We currently ship RESET 01 — Scalp Exfoliating Serum to customers in the United States.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders, including Single, Duo and subscription purchases.

Processing Times

Orders are prepared and packaged by our fulfilment partner. Standard processing takes approximately 2 working days for orders containing 1–20 products.

Working days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, standard shipping within the United States is estimated to take 2–5 working days.
Customers should generally allow approximately 4–7 working days in total for processing and delivery.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Order Tracking

A tracking link will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where available.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order is delayed or has not arrived, please contact olsira.store@gmail.com with your order number.

We will investigate the issue with our fulfilment partner and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

If we are unable to ship your order within the applicable timeframe, we will provide the notification, cancellation and refund options required by law.
